- A recognised phlebotomy qualification with documented venepuncture experience
- Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- Valid Enhanced DBS check (or equivalent in Scotland / Northern Ireland)
- Right to work in the UK and a UK bank account for invoicing
- Reliable transport and willingness to cover a defined postcode radius
- A calm, professional manner — many of our clients are testing at home for the first time
- Comfortable using a smartphone for job acceptance, photos of paperwork and courier handoff
