Why This Matters

Training hard doesn't mean
training smart

If you're not recovering, struggling to shift fat, feeling drained or plateauing — your blood doesn't lie. The answers are already in your body.

Your hormones control everything
Testosterone, cortisol, thyroid. If any of these are off, no amount of training or nutrition will fix it. You need to know where you stand.
🔄
Recovery starts in your blood
Inflammation markers, iron, ferritin — these tell you exactly why you're not bouncing back. Guessing your recovery isn't a strategy.
🎯
Your nutrition is probably wrong
Magnesium, B12, vitamin D — deficiencies directly tank energy, sleep and muscle function. Without data, every supplement is an expensive guess.
📈
You train hard. But are you optimised?
Strength, stamina, hormones, recovery — if your biomarkers are off, progress slows. Training harder won't fix what your blood says.

Performance

Competitive Athlete

Hormones, recovery, inflammation and iron — everything that drives athletic performance in one draw.

Full hormone profile (9 markers)
Testosterone (total & free), oestradiol, SHBG, LH, FSH, DHEA-S, prolactin and progesterone.
Cortisol
Chronic elevation is the hallmark of overtraining. Suppresses testosterone, blocks recovery and tanks sleep quality.
Thyroid (TSH, T3, T4)
A sluggish thyroid directly reduces training capacity, slows metabolism and worsens body composition outcomes.
Ferritin & iron studies
Low iron is the single most common cause of reduced athletic performance — and one of the most frequently missed.
CRP — inflammation
High-sensitivity CRP reveals chronic inflammation that silently blocks recovery, adaptation and hormone production.
Vitamin D & B12
Vitamin D drives muscle function and immune response. B12 is essential for red blood cell production — deficiency destroys endurance.
Full blood count (14 markers)
RBC, haemoglobin, haematocrit, WBC, platelets and more. The complete haematological picture every serious athlete needs.
Liver & kidney function
ALT, ALP, GGT, creatinine, urea — essential if you train hard, use supplements or are considering performance support.
Blood draw included
Professional venous blood draw by a qualified phlebotomist, on-site at your gym. Nothing extra to pay.

Hormone Health

Male Hormone Advanced Test

Core male hormonal baseline — the markers that govern how you feel, recover and perform.

Testosterone (total & free)
Measures both overall and bioavailable testosterone — key for energy, libido, muscle mass and mood.
Cortisol
Your stress and recovery hormone. Chronically elevated cortisol suppresses testosterone, disrupts sleep and promotes fat storage.
Thyroid (TSH, T3, T4)
Controls metabolism, energy production and weight. Often missed as a root cause of fatigue, brain fog and unexplained weight gain.
Oestradiol (E2)
Essential in men for bone density, cardiovascular health and mood. Both too high and too low causes problems.
SHBG
Sex hormone binding globulin. Determines how much testosterone is actually free and available for your body to use.
Blood draw included
Professional venous blood draw by a qualified phlebotomist, on-site at your gym. Nothing extra to pay.
Prolactin
Elevated prolactin can suppress testosterone and LH, leading to low libido, fatigue and fertility issues — often overlooked in male hormonal panels.
FSH
Follicle-stimulating hormone. Signals the testes to produce sperm and supports reproductive health — a key marker for assessing fertility and pituitary function.
LH
Luteinising hormone drives testosterone production in the testes. Low LH points to a pituitary or hypothalamic issue as the root cause of low testosterone.
DHEAS
A precursor hormone produced by the adrenal glands that converts into testosterone and oestrogen. Declines with age and is a reliable marker of adrenal reserve and vitality.
FAI
Free Androgen Index. A calculated ratio of total testosterone to SHBG — gives a clearer picture of how much active testosterone is available at a cellular level.

Hormone Health

Female Hormone Advanced

Comprehensive female hormonal profiling — cycle health, fertility markers and thyroid function in one draw.

Oestradiol (E2)
Primary oestrogen governing cycle regulation, bone density, mood and skin health throughout life.
Progesterone
Balances oestrogen, supports deep sleep quality and is critical during the luteal phase of the cycle.
LH / FSH
Pituitary hormones that drive ovulation and follicle development. Key markers for fertility assessment and cycle health.
Thyroid (TSH, T3, T4)
Thyroid dysfunction is behind many unexplained symptoms in women — fatigue, weight gain, mood changes, hair loss.
SHBG
Influences how hormones behave throughout the cycle and affects libido, energy and free testosterone levels.
Blood draw included
Professional venous blood draw by a qualified phlebotomist, on-site at your gym. Nothing extra to pay.

Longevity

Health Optimisation

Cardiovascular health, metabolic risk, nutrient status and hormonal balance — built for longevity and peak function.

Lipids & cardiovascular risk
Total, HDL, LDL and non-HDL cholesterol plus triglycerides — your full cardiac risk profile.
HbA1c & insulin
Long-term blood sugar control and insulin sensitivity — the two most predictive metabolic risk markers.
Hormone screen
Testosterone, oestradiol, SHBG and thyroid — hormonal balance underpins every aspect of how you feel and function.
Liver & kidney function
ALT, ALP, GGT, bilirubin, albumin, creatinine, urea, eGFR — a full organ health check.
Vitamins & minerals
Vitamin D, B12, folate, magnesium — the nutrients most commonly deficient in UK adults, often without symptoms.
Blood draw included
Professional venous blood draw by a qualified phlebotomist, on-site at your gym. Nothing extra to pay.

Advanced Hormones

Pregnenolone

The master precursor hormone — upstream of testosterone, cortisol, oestrogen and DHEA. Now available as a standalone panel.

Pregnenolone
Produced directly from cholesterol — the upstream source of nearly every steroid hormone in the body.
DHEA-S
Downstream of pregnenolone — a key anti-ageing and vitality marker that declines steadily from your early 30s.
Cortisol
Competes with DHEA in the pregnenolone cascade. Chronic stress literally steals raw material from your hormone production.
Progesterone
A direct pregnenolone metabolite — important for hormonal balance in both men and women, and often overlooked.
Blood draw included
Professional venous blood draw by a qualified phlebotomist, on-site at your gym. Nothing extra to pay.

The Full Picture

Athlete + Pregnenolone

Everything in Competitive Athlete, combined with full pregnenolone cascade mapping — the most complete performance picture we offer.

Everything in Competitive Athlete
Full hormones, haematology, cortisol, ferritin, iron, CRP inflammation, vitamins D & B12, liver and kidney function.
Pregnenolone
The master upstream hormone — shows where your entire steroid hormone system begins and how much raw material you have.
DHEA-S
Key performance and anti-ageing marker — drops with age and chronic stress, and often explains plateau in trained athletes.
Full steroid cascade
See exactly how your body converts pregnenolone through the entire hormonal hierarchy — where it flows and where it stalls.
Adrenal reserve markers
Reveals how much hormonal reserve your adrenal glands have — critical for high-output athletes and those under sustained stress.
Blood draw included
Professional venous blood draw by a qualified phlebotomist, on-site at your gym. Nothing extra to pay.

Genetics

DNA Analysis

Your genetic blueprint — analysed once, relevant forever. How your DNA shapes hormone metabolism, injury risk and training response.

Hormone metabolism genes
How efficiently your body produces, converts and clears key hormones including testosterone and oestrogen — written in your DNA.
Injury & recovery risk
Collagen gene variants that determine tendon and ligament resilience under load. Train smarter based on your genetic risk.
Nutrient absorption profile
Which vitamins and minerals your genetics make you prone to absorbing poorly. Personalise your supplements with certainty.
Cardiovascular genetic markers
Inherited cardiac and lipid risk factors — understand your baseline long before any symptoms appear.
Power vs endurance profile
Your genetic training response — whether your body is wired for strength or aerobic performance. Train with the grain of your biology.
Sample collection included
Simple saliva swab — no needles. Taken at home and posted to the lab. Results in your dashboard within 4 weeks.
